These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Palm33 and govern your access to and use of the Palm33 website, application, and services (together, the "Service").

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. You may sign in using email and password or a supported third-party provider such as Google.

The Service is offered on free and paid plans, and through credits that are consumed when you generate, edit, or analyse content. Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our payment partner, Razorpay. By purchasing, you authorise us and Razorpay to charge your selected payment method.

Prices, plan features, and credit costs may change over time. Any changes apply to future billing cycles and purchases, not to purchases already made. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may provide inputs to the Service, including brand URLs, product information, images, and text ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Palm33 a limited licence to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to generate outputs for you.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, outputs generated for you through the Service ("Generated Content") are yours to use for your commercial and marketing purposes. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before use, including for accuracy, brand fit, and compliance with advertising and platform rules.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose;
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is infringing, defamatory, or obscene;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
• Use the Service to generate content that impersonates others or violates the policies of advertising platforms.

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, email, payments, and content generation. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palm33 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Palm33 in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India at the place of our registered office.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
