Shipping & Delivery Policy

Palm33 is a digital software service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, and no items are dispatched or couriered.

Access to the Service is delivered electronically. When you create an account, you gain access to the Service online. When you purchase a plan or credits, the corresponding benefits and credits are added to your account automatically upon successful payment, typically within a few minutes.

Creatives and outputs you generate through the Service are delivered within the application and are available for you to view and download from your account.

If a successful payment is not reflected in your account, or you cannot access something you have paid for, contact us at hello@palm33.in with your account email and transaction details, and we will resolve it promptly.
